SAP Practice Leader (Trivandrum) SAP Practice & Global Delivery - Location Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP leader to establish, scale, and lead our SAP Practice and Global Delivery organization in India. This leadership role is responsible for driving SAP strategy, business growth, Sales, pre-sales, delivery excellence, talent development, and client success while aligning with UST's global SAP vision. The ideal candidate will combine strong business leadership with deep SAP expertise and a proven ability to build high-performing global delivery organizations. Key Responsibilities - Build, grow, and lead UST's SAP Practice and Global Delivery capability in India. - Execute UST's global SAP strategy while aligning regional initiatives with business objectives. - Develop SAP delivery capabilities in line with UST's global location and talent strategy. - Establish and optimize a scalable delivery organization, including an effective labor pyramid and resource model. - Lead end-to-end SAP pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, proposal development,



and client presentations. - Build and strengthen the SAP pre-sales organization to support business growth in the India market. - Establish and expand SAP Managed Services and Global Support capabilities. - Drive delivery excellence across SAP implementation, transformation, AMS, and support engagements. - Ensure successful execution of SAP programs through effective governance, quality assurance, risk management, and customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain executive relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities and strategic account growth. - Lead and mentor a diverse organization comprising full-time employees, contractors, and strategic partners. - Collaborate closely with SAP, alliance partners, and sales teams to define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, industry solutions, and joint business initiatives. - Own practice financial performance, incl
