Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Develop user-centered designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs that enhance usability and improve overall user satisfaction.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and design critiques.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into design solutions.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns and promotional materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Skills & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or product-based ecommerce company.
Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and graphic design.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
