You’ll Make a Difference By

Deliver technical training programs for engineering teams to build and enhance employee competencies.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and course content to align with evolving technologies and business requirements.




Test product functionality and validate training exercises to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of learning content.
Analyze training needs through skill gap assessments, competency reviews, and stakeholder feedback, and create appropriate learning interventions.
Maintain training records, monitor participation, and support competency management systems and reporting.
Coordinate training schedules and collaborate with trainers, engineers, and support teams to ensure successful training execution.
Design and implement new learning modules based on engineering and business requirements.
Support training-related initiatives, tool development activities, and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing team productivity and quality.
Act as a subject matter expert in HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and related engineering applications.
Continuously expand technical and functional capabilities to support changing customer and business needs.
