Role Description The Sales Enhancement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram.



This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into long-term clients. The Sales Enhancement Executive will conduct market research, prepare presentations and proposals, and coordinate with internal technical teams to align client requirements with Srishti Innovative’s service offerings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, tracking sales metrics, following up with clients, and contributing to sales campaigns and promotional activities. The individual will also participate in client meetings, provide regular reports on sales activities, and collaborate to refine sales processes for improved efficiency and revenue growth.
