About The Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to own the product lifecycle of a core commerce platform module. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role requiring close collaboration with Engineering, Business, and Customer teams to deliver impactful product features in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Gather customer insights through interviews, data analysis, and market research.




Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.

Product Development

Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Make data-driven prioritization decisions.
Define and track success metrics for product initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Own end-to-end feature delivery from discovery through launch.

Customer & Market Research

Interact with customers to understand business workflows and pain points.
Monitor product adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback.
Perform competitive analysis of commerce and supply chain platforms.
