Role Description
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about business development and client relationship management.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The selected candidate will identify new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and support the complete sales process.
The role also involves market research, LinkedIn outreach, coordinating with the marketing team, maintaining CRM records, and contributing ideas to help grow Passion Minds.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and content teams.
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.




Represent Passion Minds at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings when required.

Qualifications
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or content marketing is preferred.
Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
0 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
