About the Role
We are looking for a candidate with 10–15 years of experience in advertising, branding, integrated marketing, or communication agencies. The ideal candidate will lead the agency's copy and strategic communication function,



driving compelling narratives and integrated campaign strategies across government clients.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead the development of creative campaign ideas, communication strategies, and copy across print, digital, social media, films.
● Translate client briefs into impactful messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, and content strategies.
● Collaborate closely with client servicing, creative and social media teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
● Develop brand positioning, campaign narratives, taglines, speeches and communication.
● Present campaign concepts, creative strategies, and communication recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
● Mentor and lead copywriters while ensuring standards of creative thinking and content quality.
