The People Operations teams provide administrative and advisory support to our
UK Business and through our ‘service pledge’ underpin our overall People
Strategy and Vision. The operation consists of a HR Shared Services team, a HR
Technology team and a HR Transformation team. Customer centric, we are
consistently looking for ways to exceed expectations of our people across the
business with the service we deliver.

Working as part of the Group People and Resourcing Function, you will be
responsible for delivering business-focussed and best practice HR support. Your
role will include managing a variety of HR queries and being the first line of
contact by phone and email. You will provide initial guidance, advice and
support to the employees. Your proactive approach will support all activities in




the Employee Lifecycle.

You will work on building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders,
particularly with internal teams such as Payroll, Talent, Immigration and
Advantages.

Whilst establishing yourself as a credible advisor, your ability to challenge
and provide sound advice will be instrumental in fostering an essential
collaborative environment. Your will work collaboratively across the business
ensuring a seamless first-class HR service.
