Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and business growth plans.
Build and strengthen brand positioning through digital marketing, content marketing, events, and offline campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and business data to identify new growth opportunities.
Optimize operational workflows, business processes, and internal systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Monitor and report key business metrics, marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, budgets, and operational dashboards.
Drive business development initiatives,



customer engagement strategies, strategic partnerships, and retention programs.
Lead cross-functional projects while ensuring governance, compliance, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
Identify automation opportunities and leverage digital tools to streamline marketing and business operations.
Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior leadership to support business decisions.
