Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Tatva Developers’ projects, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. The Telesales Specialist will respond to incoming calls, provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and offers, and maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.



Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, scheduling site visits, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, supporting post-sales communication, and participating in regular training and briefing sessions to stay updated on current projects and offerings.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening.
Customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Sales skills, including persuasive pitching, negotiation, and closing abilities, ideally in real estate or related sectors.
Ability to participate in and benefit from training, with a willingness to continuously learn about products and sales techniques.
