We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and sell loan products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, customer handling, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through login data, references, and digital platforms.
Identify customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and referral partners.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment options.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with the operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
Follow up with customers throughout the loan process until disbursement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements





Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Robust sales and customer relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Good convincing and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products and banking processes is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Loan Sales, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Credit Card Sales will be an added advantage.
