Role Description The ROV Pilot is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for operating remotely operated vehicles for underwater inspections, surveys, and interventions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing ROV missions, monitoring vehicle performance, and ensuring safe operation in compliance with company procedures and industry standards.



The role involves conducting visual and instrument-based inspections, supporting subsea maintenance and repair activities, and documenting mission results through detailed reports and logs. The ROV Pilot collaborates closely with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize mission outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement of ROV systems and workflows. The position may involve occasional field deployments and coordination with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Subsea Engineering knowledge, with experience in underwater systems and operations.
Candidates should possess practical Diving exposure or familiarity with subsea environments, along with safe work practices.
Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for ROVs (especially inspection class) or similar electromechanical systems, including basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.
