About The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Director of 3D Engineering to lead and scale Ctruh's next-generation real-time graphics and 3D platform. This role sits at the intersection of graphics engineering, rendering architecture, and technical leadership, where you'll define the long-term vision for browser-native 3D experiences, lead senior engineering teams, and build world-class rendering systems that power AI, AR, XR, and immersive commerce.





This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving large-scale graphics challenges while mentoring high-performing engineering teams. You'll work closely with Product, AI, Design, and Leadership teams to transform ambitious ideas into scalable, high-performance 3D platforms used across web and immersive technologies.

What You'll Own

Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for Ctruh's browser-native 3D platform and real-time rendering systems.
Lead the development of high-performance rendering pipelines using WebGL, WebGPU, GLSL, and up-to-date graphics technologies.
Architect scalable rendering systems for web, desktop, mobile, AR, and XR experiences while maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
Design advanced rendering pipelines including PBR workflows, shader systems, material pipelines, lighting models, and GPU optimization strategies.
