Responsibilities




Following are the day-to-day work activities:
Partner with customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
Lead project planning, effort estimation, risk management, dependency tracking, and change governance across onsite and offshore teams.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and Agile execution through effective program and delivery management practices.
Leverage Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, improve reporting, and accelerate software delivery.
Champion AI-powered tools for requirements analysis, documentation, risk identification, effort estimation, and productivity optimization.
