Our Work Rhythm

This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer who can transform complex product ideas into intuitive, scalable, and delightful digital experiences. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to design user-centric interfaces across our AI-powered SaaS platform, marketing website, and future product experiences.

This role requires someone who thrives in a rapid-paced startup environment, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can take complete ownership of the design lifecycle,



from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. You'll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with Ctruh's products while ensuring every experience is intuitive, consistent, and visually compelling.

What You'll Own

Own the complete product design lifecycle including user research, problem discovery, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability validation, and developer handoff.
Design intuitive user journeys, interaction patterns, dashboards, workflows, and interfaces that simplify complex user problems.
Create high-fidelity UI designs that are modern, visually appealing, responsive, accessible, and aligned with Ctruh's product vision.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, feedback sessions, and heuristic evaluations to continuously improve product usability.
