We're looking for someone who thrives on building creator relationships, coordinating campaigns, staying on top of social media trends, and ensuring flawless execution across influencer marketing and PR initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing
Helping with research and outreach for collaborations and gifting initiatives
Assisting with PR send-outs
Tracking and updating daily mentions, tags, and relevant content across platforms
Planning, executing and securing collaborations for the events
Manage the day-to-day operations of FAE's influencer marketing, PR and Instagram community, ensuring smooth execution across all ongoing initiatives.
Own end-to-end creator communication, daily DM management, campaign coordination, follow-ups, and logistics.
Maintain trackers, monitor deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
Support launches and activations by keeping all communication, reporting, and operational workflows organized and on track.

Super organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Prior experience or coursework in marketing/communications/PR is a plus
