About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable systems, mentor engineering teams, and drive technical excellence across backend and frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full-stack applications.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems based on business requirements.




Build and optimize microservices-based platforms using Golang.
Define frontend architecture and best practices using React.js and/or Next.js.
Design and govern REST APIs and contemporary API integrations.
Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
Drive large-scale engineering programs ensuring scalability, reliability, and code quality.
Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.
Ensure system performance, monitoring, observability, and security.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Mentor developers and participate in technical hiring.

Required Experience

8+ years of overall software development experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Golang.
6+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and/or Next.js.
