THE ROLE
You are the interpretation layer that turns customer conversations, product knowledge, and competitive white space into information-gain content that AI cannot replicate.
You design high-signal briefs, oversee AI-generated drafts for structural compliance, and ensure every published piece earns the right to be cited by answer engines and LLMs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Insight Extraction
Mine Gong call transcripts, win/loss interviews, product team briefings, and customer conversations to surface specific, defensible insights.
Translate raw intelligence into the core of every content piece.
2. Brief Construction
For each assigned piece, choose the information-gain type:
Proprietary data
Original framework
Synthesized expertise
Contrarian take
Depth/specificity
Tooling
Build a structured brief including:
Target queries
SERP/intent analysis
Structural rules
Voice direction
The insight that makes the piece different
3. AI Drafting Oversight
Use the publishing AI skill to produce structurally optimized drafts, including:
Atomic answers
Schema
Internal linking
Extractable answers
Perform heavy voice editing, fact-checking, and cross-reference injection.
Ensure every piece cites at least one relevant original research asset.
4. Corpus Maintenance
Continuously review the existing content library for:
Content decay
Consolidation opportunities
Freshness updates
Collaborate with the Director on refresh-versus-kill decisions.
5. Cross-Branch Integration
Proactively pull from the Lead – Original Research output to seed proprietary data citations across
