Its creative 80:20 restoration model combines biodiversity conservation with sustainable livelihoods to create long-term environmental and social impact.

Role

Soul Forest is hiring two Management Trainees to work across business development, partnerships, operations, and strategic projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to building a fast-growing environmental organisation, with opportunities to take ownership of projects, collaborate with leadership, and develop into future specialist and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Support projects across business development, partnerships, operations, and strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare presentations, reports, SOPs, trackers,



and business documents.
Conduct research and support partnership development.
Work with vendors, consultants, and internal teams on project execution.
Improve operational processes and recommend new ideas.
Use AI tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates with internship/project experience encouraged).
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
Interest in sustainability, ecological restoration, and social impact.
