Total CTC: ₹8,00,000 per annum

Fixed Pay: ₹6,40,000 per annum

Performance-linked Variable Pay: Up to ₹1,60,000 per annum (20% of total CTC)

About The Role

We are looking for a Manager, Communications & Marketing to lead the communications and marketing function across One Future Collective and its consulting practice.

This role is responsible for shaping and strengthening our organisational brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, and driving visibility for our work, partnerships, and thought leadership.



You will lead the development and execution of communication and marketing strategies that support organisational growth, business development, fundraising, and public engagement.

This is a strategic and execution-oriented role. You will be expected to move comfortably between developing long-term communication strategies and managing day-to-day communications, campaigns, and digital platforms. You will work closely with the CEO and colleagues across programmes and consulting to ensure our communications are timely, engaging, and aligned with our organisational values.

As a growing organisation, we are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, identifying opportunities, experimenting with new approaches, and strengthening the way we communicate our work to diverse audiences.
