As a Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in building the teams that power our growth and
learner success. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that goes beyond traditional
recruitment. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across
business functions while helping create scalable hiring processes and a strong employer brand.

You will work closely with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
to understand talent requirements, drive hiring outcomes, and ensure a seamless candidate




experience from sourcing through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data
driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing teams in a quick-paced
environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and
levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures,
hiring priorities, and workforce plans.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking,
campus partnerships, and other talent channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience,
motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment funnel while
maintaining a positive candidate experie
