Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bharuch. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in construction, RMC, piling, and logistics, and building a strong pipeline of industrial clients. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company objectives. The role involves coordinating with project,



operations, and finance teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive, and aligned with delivery capabilities. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and site visits.
Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills in infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
Ability to conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for revenue growth.
Experience in preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals with corporate and industrial clients.
