About the Role
As a CSI Lead, you will function as the Account Delivery Head for strategic customer engagements, owning delivery excellence, operational governance, Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and long-term customer success.
We are looking for a technology leader with deep experience in Enterprise IT Operations, Service Improvement Programs, AIOps, Observability, Automation and AI-driven Operations who can modernize enterprise IT environments and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You'll lead the transformation towards Autonomous IT Operations, leveraging AI, intelligent automation and engineering best practices to build predictive, self-healing and highly automated enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do
Account Delivery & Customer Success
Own end-to-end delivery, governance and operational excellence for strategic enterprise accounts.
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Engineering and Operations leaders.
Lead executive governance reviews, service reviews and steering committee meetings.
Drive customer satisfaction, delivery predictability and long-term account growth.




Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
Lead enterprise-wide Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives across Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud and Platform Services.
Develop and execute transformation roadmaps focused on reliability, operational efficiency, customer experience and cost optimization.
Improve platform availability, reduce incident volumes and drive continuous operational excellence.
AI Operations (AIOps) & Autonomous Operations
Lead the enterprise adoption of AIOps and Autonomous IT Operations.
Build AI-first service management capabilities using intelligent automation, predictive analytics and self-healing operations.
Drive initiatives including:
Predictive Incident Detection
Intelligent Event Correlation
AI-guided Root Cause Analysis
Self-Healing Infrastructure
Capacity Forecasting
Intelligent Auto-Triage
