IT. Senior Application Engineer

1. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for Software implementation, System Integration,
Development, Configuration, Technical Support, and Performance Tuning. The
primary purpose of the position is to install and configure software and provide
Level II Support for Vendor products with primary focus on Informatica Master
Data Management. Additional responsibilities may include Development of recent
system functionality, Project Management and Testing.

Experience with financial domain is desirable but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have an Application Development background with the
ability to quickly learn vendor applications from the inside out. This position
will work with Business units and the Technology Groups. Occasional travel may
be required.

2. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONS:

This position is a key position within the Vendor Products IT team.

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Act as platform owner for the MDM system, responsible for platform
availability, performance and operational excellence.




* Lead the deployment, configuration and administration of MDM platform and
related components.
* Oversee the integration of MDM platform with source and target systems,
ensuring reliable data flows and synchronization.
* Manage upgrades, patches and technical enhancements of the MDM platform in
coordination with vendors and internal teams.
* Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis and proactively resolve
performance issues.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams,
workflows and operational manuals.
* Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical solutions
meet business requirements and compliance standards.
* Work with IT Security team to implement security controls, access management
and data privacy policies on the platform.
* Automate routine operational tasks using scripting to improve efficiency and
reduce errors.
