? Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
? Salary: Based on Experience & It’s not a constraint for the tight candidate
? Experience: 3 to 5 Years in Garment Industry
? Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or related field
? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate patterns for knitted garments using CAD systems (Lectra, Gerber/Optitex preferred)
• Ensure fit, balance, and construction of garments align with buyer requirements
• Work closely with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth development
• Make pattern corrections based on fit comments and approvals
• Maintain pattern library and documentation for future reference
• Robust understanding of garment construction, shrinkage, and fabric behavior

? Desired Candidate Profile:
✔️ Strong technical knowledge in pattern making and grading
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Experience with both manual and CAD pattern systems
✔️ Attention to detail and commitment to quality
