We’re looking for a driven Program Consultant – Portuguese Speaker to support and grow our international B2C sales efforts through high-volume outreach and strong conversion focus.
What You'll Own
Own the full outbound motion, prospect, pitch, and close customers daily at high velocity through cold calling
Engage with Portuguese-speaking customers, understand their needs, and confidently pitch Scale.jobs
Drive conversions through effective communication, objection handling, and consistent follow-ups
Operate in sync with US EST hours, understand the customer, the culture, and the clock
Who We're Looking For
2+ years of outbound / telesales experience (mandatory)
Portuguese fluency is mandatory - strong spoken communication in Portuguese
Exceptional spoken English, clear, confident, and persuasive every single time
You've dialed hundreds of cold calls and know how to handle rejection without flinching
Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST
Strong objection-handling and closing skills with a clear focus on conversions
Self-driven and execution-obsessed, you don't wait to be told what to do
