Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Pune and Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will lead workplace interior design projects from concept to completion, including client briefings, design presentations,



and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing space plans, interior layouts, and material palettes; preparing detailed drawings, construction documents, and FF&E; specifications; and ensuring design intent is maintained through execution. The role involves close collaboration with architecture, engineering, and project management teams to align design solutions with budget, timelines, and technical requirements. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members, support design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience in workplace or commercial environments.
Proficiency in Space Planning and layout development for medium to large-format office spaces.
