About the Role

We're looking for a multidisciplinary creative designer who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences through both motion and visual design. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in either motion or visual design and is excited to expand into adjacent creative disciplines. You'll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build learning experiences that are engaging,



scalable and learner-centric.
As part of our team's evolution, we're also embracing AI-enabled creative workflows. While prior experience with AI tools is a plus, curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to experiment are far more important.

What You'll Build
Design learning videos, motion graphics and educational animations.
Create presentations, infographics, illustrations and other visual learning assets.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders across Learning, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.
Build reusable templates, design systems and production workflows to improve consistency and scalability.
Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve creative quality, speed and collaboration.
