About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Communications & Marketing to support the execution of One Future Collective’s communications and marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on role responsible for creating engaging content across digital platforms, supporting campaigns, maintaining the organisation’s website,



and ensuring consistent communication of our work. You will work closely with programme teams, consultants, designers, and external partners to translate complex ideas into accessible and engaging content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, digital communications, and visual content creation. You should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines, adapting content for different audiences, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a growing organisation, we are looking for someone who is organised, creative, proactive, and excited to experiment with new communication formats and digital tools.

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in communications, journalism, marketing, media, English, design, public relations, or another relevant field is preferred.
