Role Description The Category Executive – Electrical Division is a full time, on-site role based in Manjeri. The person in this role will manage the electrical product portfolio, including planning assortments, monitoring product performance, and supporting pricing and promotion strategies.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of products across relevant channels. The role also involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support category growth and new product initiatives. The Category Executive will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute category plans and achieve business targets for the electrical division.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market studies and analyze product placement/positioning and gather counter share of products through Sales Officers, Direct visits, etc.
Introduce new products after the feasibility study, joint discussions, costing, etc and ensure that the selling tools are equipped along with the launch. Study new markets/opportunities/feasibility and drive the Sales team to expand.
