We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role
Provide infrastructure SME leadership across Linux, Veritas Cluster, database infrastructure, and OpenShift platforms.
Deliver L3/L4 support and deep-dive troubleshooting across OS, clustering, storage, database and platform layers, driving rapid restoration and root-cause resolution.




Own standard builds and lifecycle management (configuration, patching, hardening) in line with security, risk and operational resilience requirements.
Improve platform stability and availability by identifying recurring issues, completing RCA, and implementing permanent fixes (not just short-term remediation).
Design and tune monitoring/observability (alerts, dashboards, thresholds, capacity/performance indicators) and translate signals into actionable remediation.
Build automation and self-healing runbooks (scripts/playbooks) to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
Lead DR strategy and execution: plan DR approaches, run table-top/live tests, validate RTO/RPO, document outcomes, and drive remediation actions to closure.
Lead delivery of infrastructure initiatives end-to-end (scope, plan, RAID, dependencies, governance), coordinating engineers/ops/vendors/stakeholders and providing exec-ready status updates.
