General Information

As BU Quality Head, aim of this position is to drive the team in ensuring product and project quality that meets / beats the customer expecations and ensure customer delight, meet organizational targets, while focussing on continuous improvements

Your Key Responsibilities

Ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and warranty issues to drive improvements
Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949,..
Implement preventive measures to reduce defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
Apply tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis
Lead initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen,



and problem-solving methodologies
Improve process efficiency, and product reliability
Identify quality risks across the value chain & develop risk mitigation plan
Improve overall profitability by minimizing quality-related losses
Support plant Q team
Ensure adherence to legal, customer, and safety requirements & support audits
Promote a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility
Develop team - Train and coach team on quality standards and best practices

Your Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering --> Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
Experience in Automotive Industry specifically focussing on Electronic controls - more than 15+ years
Experience in handling OEMs; Handling 2W OEMs will be an added advantage
Hands on experiece on Quality process methods and tools
Good understanding of System knowledge (Hardware, Electronics, Software, Integration..) will be added advantage
