Job Title: Project Manager (Site & Office-Based Coordination) – EPC Projects, Green Hydrogen Systems & Solar Projects

Department: Engineering - Project Management

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (with periodic site visits as required, typically once a month)

Reports To: Head – Engineering / Project Director

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 10+ years in Project management for EPC projects, preferably in Green Hydrogen, Solar, Industrial plants, or Oil & Gas infrastructure.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution of Green Hydrogen and Solar PV projects, with applicability across Industrial and oil & gas sectors. This role combines both hands-on project execution and Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

responsibilities, focusing on the continual improvement of project delivery systems, governance structures, and stakeholder alignment.





The Project Manager will be based primarily at the corporate office in Ahmedabad, with scheduled visits to project sites. The role involves oversight of multidisciplinary project teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure productive, timely, and cost-effective project

execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution Planning and Coordination
- Develop and monitor detailed project execution plans covering scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to align execution with approved project strategy.
- Utilize tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to prepare schedules, resource deployment plans, and interface milestone charts.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with statutory, technical, and commercial parameters.
