Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide product information and process orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Track and follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Handle order processing and coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings and events.
