Job Description:

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP Support Manager to lead our SAP operations team and manage Master Data Governance (MDG) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of hands-on SAP experience, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and possess in-depth knowledge of MDG processes. This role requires effective team management, operational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and system performance.

Key Responsibilities - SAP Support Management & Master Data Governance

SAP Support Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP support team, ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
- Provide advanced support for SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, and others, troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues.
- Manage system performance, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement system enhancements and configuration changes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

Master Data Governance:

- Lead the implementation and management of Master Data Governance (MDG) processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and workflows in collaboration with business teams.
- Monitor data quality metrics and drive initiatives to improve data integrity and compliance.
- Facilitate the integration of MDG with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering growth and skill development.
- Coordinate workload distribution and ensure the team meets operational and project deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders,



and external SAP consultants.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance end-user knowledge and adoption of SAP processes.

Project Management:

- Lead SAP-related projects, including new module implementation, system upgrades, and data migrations.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure successful project execution, meeting quality, time, and budget expectations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and post-implementation reports.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP support roles, including at least 3 years managing teams.
- Proven expertise in Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG frameworks, workflows, and tools.
- Solid functional knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and PP, with integration understanding.
- Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP debugging, and data migration tools.
- Expertise in defining and implementing data governance processes and policies.
