Job Description:

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Sr Executive

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage the end-to-end product development process for fine jewellery
collections.
 Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to conceptualize and develop
seasonal product lines aligned with market trends and brand identity.
 Oversee sampling, prototyping, and final product approvals, ensuring quality, cost, and
timeline targets are met.
 Ensure effective communication and coordination with CAD, production, and QC teams.
 Maintain technical specifications, BOMs, and costing sheets.
 Conduct regular reviews of product performance and identify areas for improvement or
innovation.
 Manage the PD calendar and ensure adherence to critical path timelines.

Requirements:




 Bachelor’s/Diploma in Jewellery Design, Product Development, or mechanical.
 Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the jewellery industry, with at least 2 years in a
managerial PD role.
 Solid knowledge of design interpretation, CAD/CAM processes, and jewellery
manufacturing.
 Understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery trends.
 Proficient in tools like Rhino, Matrix, CorelDRAW, Excel, and ERP systems.
 Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
