Job Description: A civil manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects, ensuring they meet budget, time, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with architects and engineers, managing construction sites, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, preparing project reports, and controlling project budgets and resources. Core Responsibilities

- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of a civil project, from initial design to final completion.

- Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.

- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources, and monitor procurement activities to control costs.

- Schedule & Progress Monitoring: Develop project plans and schedules, monitor construction progress, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

- Quality Control: Ensure projects meet required standards and specifications by conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control measures.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, building codes,



and environmental standards to ensure a safe working workplace and legal compliance.
