Job Description:

Lead and manage the dealership sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

Oversee recent and used vehicle sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service

Develop and implement local sales strategies to drive showroom footfall and conversions

Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and finance companies

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvement plans

Train and mentor sales executives to enhance product knowledge and selling skills

Coordinate with OEMs for stock management, schemes, and campaigns

Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

Automotive dealership experience is a must

Strong leadership and negotiation skills required
