Manage daily operations of the store to meet store goals. Provide direction and guidance to staff in their assigned job duties. Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards. Provide excellent customer services for sales growth, Handling cash, Bank activities, handling counter sale, daily report to owner.
B) Required Qualification :-
At Least Graduated (BA/BCOM/BSC ETC.) from any recognised university.
C) Required Essential Experience:-
The candidate should have work experience in some of the leading food/grocery stores for at least 2-3 years and should have handled duties mentioned above. The candidate should have valuable communication skills.
