Job Description: Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Pre-Sales Network Engineer with solid expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, Ruckus, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. The role involves network solution design, technical documentation, customer presentations, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and design secure, scalable network solutions

- Create HLD/LLD, topology diagrams, BOM, compliance matrices, and proposals

- Deliver technical demos, presentations, and PoCs

- Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution negotiations

- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and post-sales teams

Technical Skills Required

Networking & Architecture

- LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center, scalable & secure network design

Cisco – Routing & Switching, Wireless (WLC, APs), SD-WAN (Meraki/Viptela preferred)
Fortinet – FortiGate, VPN, UTM, Secure SD-WAN
HPE Aruba – Switching, Wireless, Aruba Central, ClearPass (preferred)
Ruckus – ICX Switching, Wireless,



SmartZone / Cloud Wi-Fi
Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise – OmniSwitch, OmniAccess, Campus Networking

Documentation & Tools

- HLD/LLD, proposals, solution docs

- Visio / Draw.io, MS Word, PowerPoint

- Strong ability to explain designs to technical & non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s in Engineering / IT / CS

- 3–7 years in Pre-Sales / Network Solution Design

- Certifications preferred: CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba (ACMA/ACMP), Ruckus, Alcatel

Soft Skills

- Strong communication & presentation

- Customer-facing & stakeholder management

- Analytical mindset & multitasking ability

Preferred Background

- System Integrator / OEM partner experience

- Enterprise / campus / large-scale deployments

- Experience with RFPs, tenders, and enterprise proposals
