Key duties include coordinating training, organizing employee engagement activities to boost morale, and assisting with performance management to maintain a positive and safe environment for both guests and staff, especially during peak season. Key responsibilities

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to offer letters and onboarding for a potentially large seasonal workforce.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflicts, acting as a mediator between staff and management to foster a positive and supportive work culture.
- Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, manage attendance records, and administer employee benefits like health insurance and leave.
- Compliance and Policy: Ensure the park adheres to all labor laws and employment regulations and assist with internal and external audits.
- Performance Management: Support department heads in performance appraisals, training,



and development to help employees grow and improve.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities, events, and wellness programs to improve employee morale and engagement, which is crucial during high-stress seasons.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and handle exit formalities for departing employees.
