Role/ Job Title: Lead Projects – Credit Card (New Platform & Solutions)

Function/ Department: Credit Cards

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage projects related to the development and implementation of recent credit card platforms and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

- Provide guidance and support to team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduation

Post graduation: Any post-graduation

Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience

Age Criteria: 30 - 38
