Developed new moulds for plastic parts using NX software .
Created detailed 2D drawings of moulds assembly using CAD software.
Design review of mould, tools & identifying critical characteristics of Part
andMould.
Used Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to provide
documentation.
Worked with our internal tool builders as well as outside vendors to assure
designs are communicated accurately and that constructive feedback becomes
part of the next design process.
Tool designing of Injection moulds for 2plate, 3plate, and multi cavities for all
sectors .
Prepare tooling feasiablity of part

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must be B.tech Mechanical with 7-8 year experience in mould design

Developed recent moulds for plastic parts using NX software (Unigraphics),
including designing fixtures and jigs required for production.
Created detailed 2D and D drawings of moulds using CAD software.
Design review of mould, tools & identifying critical characteristics of Part
andMould.
Used Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to provide
