Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and manage incoming service requests via phone, email, or service portals.

- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians or engineers as required.

- Maintain service records, logs, and documentation accurately in the system.

- Follow up with customers to confirm service satisfaction and gather feedback.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.

- Monitor service timelines and escalate delays or urgent issues appropriately.

- Prepare service reports, invoices,



and assist in maintaining inventory records.

- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (like SAP, CRM, etc.).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a quick-paced environment.
