Job Description:

A reputed company engaged in manufacturing and supply of refractory and industrial products is hiring a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee testing activities, quality analysis, and laboratory operations within the plant. - Supervise laboratory testing activities for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate testing, sample analysis, and quality inspection procedures.
- Monitor laboratory equipment, instruments, and testing standards regularly.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards,



ISO procedures, and safety norms.
- Supervise laboratory staff, technicians, and testing operations efficiently.
- Analyze test results and report deviations or non-conformities to management.
- Support process improvement initiatives for better product quality and consistency.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of testing materials and laboratory samples.
- Candidates with industrial laboratory or quality testing experience preferred.
