Job Description:

Candidates should have completed any of the following:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial/Production Engineering

Skills & Competencies

- Understanding of production processes & machinery

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Basic knowledge of quality checks & safety standards

- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Basic computer operation skills

- Strong communication & discipline

- Teamwork and positive work attitude

Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily production operations and machine operation

- Monitor process parameters to ensure quality output

- Maintain accurate production documentation & reports

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other related departments

- Support assembly-line tasks as required

Experience in manufacturing or assembly-line operations is preferred.

- Willing to work in shift-based schedules

- Physically fit for shop-floor activities

- Strong work ethic and professionalism
