Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior projects
- Interpret and execute work as per AutoCAD drawings and design specifications
- Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper execution accordingly
- Plan and allocate work to labour teams and maintain solid control over workforce productivity
- Monitor and manage civil, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work at site
- Ensure proper sequence of work and timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Estimate and derive material requirements; coordinate for procurement and availability at site
- Maintain records for billing procedures and support in project costing
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Good knowledge of interior execution and site management
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
- Strong understanding of civil, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical details
- Experience in labour handling and team coordination
- Knowledge of material estimation and quantity take-off
- Familiarity with billing procedures and site documentation
- Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Hardworking, disciplined, and punctual

Location: Mumbai or Pune (will be discussed during the interview)

Exp: Min 3 years

Qaulification: Graduate

Work Timings – 9.30 to 7.30 (depends on the site condition)

Working Days – 6 days week
