Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Meet lessors/malls and gather property details for evaluation and selection.

2. Provide the latest market knowledge and competitor details to aid in decision-making.

3. Prepare compelling presentations for internal approvals.

4. Handle all paperwork and coordination for lease agreements and franchisee agreements.

5. Manage leasing documents and complete necessary formalities.

6. Coordinate deposits and rental payments in a timely manner.

7. Respond to queries promptly via phone, messages, and emails.

8. Negotiate and finalize deals based on favorable leasing terms and conditions.

9. Establish and maintain smooth relationships with renters and tenants.

10. Stay updated with the latest property developments and market status.

11. Coordinate with the Design and Project teams of both parties for fitout works.

12. Ensure on-time completion of fitout projects.
