Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Destination Expert — Europe with strong tele-sales
capabilities and deep knowledge of European travel. The role focuses on converting travel
inquiries into bookings, achieving sales targets, and delivering expert destination
consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings using effective tele-sales skills
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Upsell premium experiences, rail passes, cruises, activities, insurance, and upgrades
• Maintain robust follow-up to maximize conversion
Destination Expertise — Europe
• Provide expert consultation on European destinations (Schengen & non-Schengen)
• Design customized itineraries covering multi-country tours, FIT trips, honeymoons,
family holidays, and luxury travel
• Advise on best travel seasons, routes, visa requirements, rail networks, and local
experiences
• Stay updated on Schengen visa rules, travel advisories, and trends
Customer Experience
• Deliver consultative selling with a personalized approach




• Handle objections and close sales confidently
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Coordination & Reporting
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and visa teams
• Submit daily/weekly performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in international holiday sales (Europe preferred)
• Strong tele-sales and closing skills
• Sound knowledge of European destinations, itineraries, and logistics
• Target-driven mindset with consistent sales performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, email tools)
• Fluency in English & Hindi (Bengali preferred)
Preferred Profile
• Experience selling Schengen visa destinations
• Knowledge of Eurail, cruises, guided tours, and FIT planning
• Passion for European travel and culture
