Job Description:

Urgent Requirement – Supervisor (Rack Loading & Railway Siding Maintenance)

Location: Raigarh

Position: Supervisor – Rack Loading (Railway Siding Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise rack loading/unloading operations at railway siding.

- Ensure proper maintenance and smooth functioning of siding area.

- Monitor loading activities, weighment, and dispatch records as per railway norms.

- Coordinate with railway officials, transporters, and plant team for timely operations.

- Implement safety standards and supervise manpower at site.

- Prepare and maintain daily reports on siding & rack activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of industrial experience in rack loading / siding operations.

- Knowledge of railway siding maintenance, safety protocols, and railway guidelines.

- Robust supervisory & coordination skills.
